Pineapple Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Jalapeño
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ancho Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt

Directions

  1. Combine the pineapple, bell pepper, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir together the lime juice, chili powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing down over the chopped vegetables and toss to combine.
  4. Adjust seasonings to taste.

Notes

If you like your salsa a bit spicier, feel free to try chipotle chili powder in place of the ancho chili powder!
